How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your Leanworx account and all associated personal data, send an email to the address below with your registered email address or phone number so we can identify your account.

Steps to complete your request

1. Email us at support@elmo.co.za with your registered account details.
2. We will verify your identity within 2 business days and confirm receipt.
3. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
4. You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What data is deleted

Upon verification, we permanently delete your account profile, personal details, and all data associated with your Leanworx account from our active systems.

Retention exceptions

Certain records may be retained where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance (for example, financial transaction records required under South African law). Where retention applies, we will inform you of the reason and expected retention period.

Deletion timeline

All verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.
